More than a Dream...

This past week I got a group notice about the new "Essex" male outfit over at a store called FashionNatic, which I was not familiar with.  It looked rather nice in the photo and the price was just perfect for me since I had tier due, so I TP'd on over to check it out.  To be totally honest with you I was not prepared for how well made this clothing was.  Not only does it include shirt, vest, pants, and shoes; but it also comes with a HUD that allows you to customize the whole ensemble to your liking.

Once I tried on the demo on I was floored at how nicely it fit.  It was actually man-shaped which doesn't sound like a big deal, but given the sheer volume of 'unisex' crap guys in SL are forced to deal with I think it's noteworthy.  You need to check this one out, guys.

NB:  The hair in this post is about a month old now, but it is worth mentioning since it's the first new release in a while from Action Surf & Sk8.  They've totally re-worked their coloring system for this new "Inkubator" series of hair and there are themed color packs that can be purchased separately.  The blond tones could be a bit more natural looking, but it's definitely worth having a look at.

MENSTUFF 2015

It's that time of year again, folks!  We are pleased to announce that Agape Men's Shapes will be participating in this Summer's MENSTUFF hunt beginning June 1.  This blog will be on hiatus until the hunt is underway, but in the meantime we leave you with this image of our gift for the hunters - a new base shape for the TMP male body...

Crazy White Boy

Since the Beta version of Niramyth's "Aesthetic" male body went on sale last month, the list of vendors selling compatible mesh and applier clothing has really taken off.  Content creators have been popping up in world and on the Marketplace, many offering top-notch products.  Featuring original hand made textures, Toni Antfarm's "Crazy White Boy" has a little bit of something for everyone.  Surfer's wetsuits, casual wear, and workout gear are only a few of the things you'll find in his shop on the Marketplace.

Today we'll have a look at some of their more "intimate" apparel...  This ensemble features a rigged, fitted mesh top as well as a non-rigged thong bottom, which may be resized via HUD.

The "Aesthetic" Male Body by Niramyth

Hello, everyone!  Today we take a first look at the Grid's first serious alternative to the TMP Male Body, Niramyth's "Aesthetic" Male Body.  If you've ever dreamed of being a "hardbody" in SL, this just may be the mesh body for you.  Over the coming weeks, we will be looking at this new product (still in Beta) in depth, but for now we'll start with some pics of a basic look I was able to create.  This is not for the fainthearted...  You will be quite muscular by the time you're through.

NB:  To those who don't like being 'too' muscular (and to those who like being REALLY muscular), the creator of this mesh body has stated that once the Beta period is over he will begin working on both a slimmer and a bulkier version.  As always, if you have any questions about the items featured here, leave them in the comments section and I will get back to you ASAP.

New Men's Hair from EXILE plus a TMP surprise...

Today we have two new items: a great new male hair from EXILE, and a new one-piece outfit from Pumpkin designed with the TMP Male Body in mind.  The new male hairstyle is named "Rise Above" and like all of EXILE's new mesh hair, the texture is HUD-driven.  If you buy the "Reds" pack for example, you are actually getting 20 color options - and that's a pretty damned good deal if you ask me.  Today we'll see a texture called "Miami" from their "Fantasy 1" color pack.

Pumpkin's "Streetwear" ensemble comes in 4 colors.  Pictured is the "Brown" option.  the ensemble features a long sleeved pullover type top, an overshirt worn tied around the waist, and a pair of dark 3/4 length trousers.  Both standard-fitted and TMP-fitted versions are included with each purchase.  As mentioned above, the entire ensemble is designed as one piece so you don't have to hunt around in your inventory every time you want to throw something on that's casual yet stylish.
